Numerous wine-focused trips and shared bottles later, they have joined forces to introduce others to the hidden gems of the wine world — lesser-known, yet equally extraordinary finds that have captured their hearts
Meet the Team
Chuck & Jen Van Fleet
Chuck brings a wealth of sales experience spanning his entire career. Together with his wife Jen, they spent the last 16 years managing tasting rooms and restaurants focused on wine. In 2022, they made a strategic move, selling their restaurant and relocating to Phoenix. Now, they specialize in offering boutique wines and craft spirits that stand out amidst larger distributor catalogs.
Angie & Travis Moore
Angie retired from coaching Division I golf in 2013 and soon after discovered her passion for wine. She began working for a winery out of Walla Walla, Washington and became a certified sommelier. Wine was responsible for the friendship between Chuck, Jen, Angie and her husband, Travis in 2007 when they all lived in California. Many wine-focused trips and a few bottles later, they have partnered together to introduce people to many of the lesser known but just as incredible, hard to find wines that they’ve discovered.
Lance Leonard
Lance Leonard was born in Texas and raised in Arizona. Lance attended University of Arizona and is a Sommelier, Certified Specialist of Wine and a WSET 2 graduate. Lance spent 15 years in the Food and Beverage industry, working for some great organizations. Four Seasons, Desert Mountain Golf Club and Roy's Hawiian Fusion were highlights of his career. Before joining A Bottle A Day, Lance work for Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits - Valley of the Sun Division for 9 years.
